By accessing or using Fillipio (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Fillipio provides AI-powered stock screening, scoring, and signal generation tools for informational and educational purposes. The Service includes stock scores, ML predictions, trading signals, paper trading portfolios, and market analysis. The Service is not financial advice.
3. Subscription & Billing
Fillipio Pro is offered at $59/month with a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your payment method will be charged monthly. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree not to share your account with others or use the Service for any illegal purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, scores, signals, and analysis generated by Fillipio are the intellectual property of Fillipio. You may use this information for personal investment research but may not redistribute, resell, or publish it commercially without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability

7. Data & Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Market data is sourced from third parties and may contain errors or delays. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
